These terms outline the rules for ordering from our shop.

1. Orders & Payment

• Online Orders: Payment is processed securely at checkout.

• Local Pickup Orders: For pickup, we accept cash or e-Transfer upon collection. You will not be charged online.

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2. Delivery & Shipping

• Free Delivery Zone: Orders shipped to addresses within Vaudreuil-Soulange/West-Island area qualify for free delivery.

• Flat-Rate Shipping: For addresses outside this zone, a flat $10.00 shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Pickup Policy

• Scheduling is Required: When selecting "Local Pickup," you must choose a date and time for collection during checkout, or contact us at mikoradolls@gmail.com or 438-496-1351 to arrange a time.

• Purpose: This ensures your order is prepared and ready for you upon arrival. Please have your order confirmation ready.

4. Changes, Cancellations, & Returns

• Order Changes/Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible. We can typically accommodate changes if your order has not yet been prepared.

• Returns & Exchanges: Due to the handmade/custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please inspect your order at pickup/delivery and contact us immediately with any issues.
